PAYMENT

We accept the following means of payment: cash in advance/bank transfer, credit card and paypal.

a) Cash in Advance

If you decide to pay cash in advance, we will send you an e-mail to confirm availability, invoice total and our bank details. After the invoice total is credited to our account the products will be dispatched depending on availability. If we do not receive the invoice total within 14 days after our order confirmation we will cancel your order free of charge.

b) Credit Card

You can pay with the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA-Card and American Express. After authorization by your credit card company your order will be dispatched depending on availability. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are dispatched. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

If you decide to pay via credit card you will be asked for your credit card number, the expiry date and the 3-digit security number on the backside of the card. If you do not wish to transfer your credit card data online, you may also send your credit card information via phone, fax or mail. We can also call you back.

c) Paypal

If you decide to pay with we will send you an e-mail to confirm availability and invoice total. Please transfer this amount to the following Paypal account: paypal@oakstore.de

After the invoice total is credited to our account the products will be dispatched depending on availability. If we do not receive the invoice total within 14 days after our order confirmation we will cancel your order free of charge.
